The Italian govt has today instructed all non-essential businesses in Italy to shut down for 15 days and the Casagrande/Hutte factory have been forced to comply. This means that we will be unable to get machines on order or spare parts out of the factory during this period until the shut down period is lifted. We do carry a large stock of parts in the UK so we hope we are able to satisfy any spares requirements you may have in this period from our UK stock. Most Casagrande/Hutte staff are now working from home so we still expect to receive replies on sales, technical, maintenance and other matters from them via email, phone and video conferencing.
