We wish to inform all our customers that production at the Casagrande/Hütte factory is continuing as normal and deliveries of machinery and spares are not being significantly affected, although there may be delays on goods being delivered to the UK by road due to additional border checks.

Corona virus Information - Thursday 19th March 2020

Due to further travel restrictions imposed by the Italian government, we have been informed that factory technicians will not now be able to travel to the UK for commissioning or service work until further notice. For this period and where required, our own technicians will be discussing any issues with the factory service department via video conference facilities, laptop and phone and we do not expect any major disruption to our service.

We will update this information if the situation should materially change.
