The Casagrande B360XP-2 is a multifunctional rotary piling rig designed to drill large diameter piles. With a high torque rotary head (467kNm), HD kelly bars and a powerful winch, the B360XP-2 is able to drill fast, deep and large piles in hard ground.
The crowd winch will drive casings deep into the ground with high accuracy due to the 690kN crowd winch line pull and a rotary head stroke of 21m.

Smart Power Management (SPM) allows intelligent engine power management which improves performance and productivity. The XP technology monitors the load applied to the machine and is able to allocate 100% of the power to drilling functions.
The XP hydraulic power system uses Full Load Sensing (FLS) technology which pressurises only the required amount of oil required by the operator, due to the back action pumps and distributors. This allows the management of power demands and reduces dissipation, potentially achieving up to 25% fuel savings.
The XP system also constantly monitors all working functions including the status of sensors and components. There is easy conversion of any drilling arrangement with no need for manual intervention.
Remote controlled operation of the B360XP-2 can be connected to a PC via the internet to view the cabin operating panels and activities carried out and can collect and download the data for the evaluation of the working parameters.
