The Hütte Bohrtechnik GmbH HBR204 is a leader for performance in its class. a powerful, clean and economical Cummins B6.7 delivers 209kW (280Hp) of power and performance mated to a high output hydraulic system for superior performance.
This power and performance is delivered to the EURODRILL GmbH RH52X rotary head giving over 5 ton of torque and also being capable of 150rpm from a strong robust design with no mechanical gears for great strength and reliability.
Also coupled to that power and performance is the DM300 mast system delivering 15 ton of extraction and feed whilst offering over 6m of stroke. The mast can also be shortened to less than 6m overall for low headroom applications.
The HBR204 GT variant drill rig also comes equipped with the latest version of the Hutte's own magnetic rod handling system, combined with the hydraulic slewing and telescoping cathead, has been designed to pick rods up from horizontal to aid the addition and removal of drill rods.
A powerful multi-purpose Eurodrill RH52X rotary head is also equipped with a tilt system that can assist in the rod removal and rod fitting process. A vertical storage rack can hold up to 3 t of rods/casing.
A choice of double breakout, 70mm - 406mm, sliding/extraction clamps or a single 324mm - 880mm clamp are available depending on your requirements.
This Hutte HBR204 has a A Caprari MEC MRW 80-1/3 flushing water / mud pump along with a foam / high pressure pump for misting and washing down of machine and rods.
